I contacted Carlo for help locating a tradesman that took a deposit for a multi-part job, started the first section and did not return. After several weeks/months of chasing him and multiple excuses and dates for the job to be done, he stopped taking my calls. Tradie also moved house as he started the job, but he didn't update his details listed on the quote with Fair Trading or me.

Having previously utilized the services of investigative professionals in a business capacity over the years, my wife and I recently found ourselves requiring confirmation/denial, of extremely sensitive personal family details. The overall situation was complex, deeply personal and emanated in part, from our daughters (53 years old ) relationship with a new partner.
